This Memorandum of Understanding between Triad National Security and SMART Local 49 modifies Personal Time Off (PTO) provisions for employees working at Los Alamos National Laboratory. It establishes how PTO accruals are calculated for maintenance and Davis-Bacon work and provides a mechanism for employees to purchase additional PTO to achieve full accrual parity. The agreement became effective in October 2021 and supplements the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
