This MOU establishes licensing requirements for SMART Local 49 members advancing from apprentice to journeyman status while employed by Triad National Security. It requires newly qualified journeymen to obtain a New Mexico journeyman license within sixty (60) days of completing the apprenticeship program. Failure to obtain licensure within the required timeframe may result in termination of employment.
